We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run childcare provider in the Farsley and Pudsey area that is committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care. The nursery provides care for children from 3 months to 5 years old and prides itself on creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. The setting offers bright, well-resourced learning spaces and is led by an experienced and supportive management team dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of care and education.

We are looking to recruit:

  • Level 3 Nursery Practitioners
  • Team Leader
  • Assistant Manager
  • Deputy Manager


The Role

You will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities, positive interactions and outstanding childcare practice.

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
  • Planning and implementing engaging activities
  • Building strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • Monitoring children's progress and maintaining records
  • Leading and supporting room staff
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Assisting with staff supervision, training and development

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (Practitioner positions)
  • Previous nursery or childcare experience
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, enthusiastic and child-centred approach
  • Leadership experience for Team Leader, Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager positions
