Job Title: Regional Director
Salary: £DOE plus car allowance
Hours: Full Time / 40 hours
Location: Field based with travel to our nurseries, predominantly across East London

THE ROLE

The Regional Director role is a key leadership role, with responsibility for all aspects of operations in a geographical area. Within this role, you will oversee a portfolio of nurseries, where you will conduct regular visits, implement strategics and contribute towards the delivery of objects through ensuring all areas of people, quality, and growth are delivered effectively, as well in line with expected timeframes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Provide exceptional organisational leadership of nursery management teams – promote HEART culture, values, and behaviours, to drive continuous improvement in customer and client satisfaction and employee engagement, retention, and performance across the area.
• Support the implementation of the People, Quality, and Growth strategies and related action plans across all nursery settings within your area, to ensure alignment with company strategic objectives.
• Support the implementation of Bright Horizons UK pedagogy, through working in partnership with our Early Childhood team.
• Implement and manage Keeping Everyone Safe strategies by continuously demonstrating, monitoring, and reporting the practices, processes and behaviours that underpin a safety culture.
• Manage and deliver agreed proposals and projects for People, Quality, and Growth innovations in collaboration with Finance, HR, and Marketing teams as appropriate, and ensure all routine practices, procedures and policies are implemented securely and consistently across all nursery settings in your area.
