  • Motivate and inspire teams across different settings to deliver excellence
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to staff training, evaluations, and development initiatives
  • Adapt quickly to new teams and environments, bringing confident and consistent leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • An experienced Deputy Manager or strong Room Leader ready to step up
  • A flexible and enthusiastic leader who enjoys variety and teamwork
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 desirable)
  • Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice in early years
  • Strong communicator with proven organisational and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel across East Midlands required)

Why Join St. George’s Nursery?

  • Be part of a family-run, award-winning nursery group with over 30 years of success
  • Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation
  • Competitive salary plus mileage reimbursement
  • Ongoing professional training and CPD opportunities
  • Supportive, inclusive culture where your ideas and voice matter
  • A role full of variety – no two days are ever the same!
