Artemis Childcare Limited have three settings across St Leonards and Hastings and are looking to find a dynamic person to join our management teams , at our sites in Hastings & Hollington.
We are committed to providing exceptional early childhood education in a warm and nurturing environment. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Room Leaders to guide, inspire, and lead a team in delivering high-quality care and education to children.
As the Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the daily experiences of children in your care. Leading by example, you will oversee the operations of your assigned room, ensuring a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes each child’s individual development.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  You will be fully supported in this role by our Nursery Manager and the Nursery Directors and any training that you feel will benefit you in this role will be provided. We take safeguarding extremely serious at Artemis Nursery and all recruitment is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS.
