JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a qualified Nursery Room Leader to support our management team at our busy nursery in Romford. Experience as a room leader is preferred but we are happy to support a strong practitioner into the role. This role will be room based and you will have key person responsibilities, as well as senior duties such as being a key holder and designated safeguarding lead.

REQUIREMENTS

• Level 3 Childcare qualification or above is required.
• 2 years experience in childcare or early childhood education settings is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS.
• Ability to build parent partnerships.
