Are you ready to run a small team in early years, working as one of our room leaders?
Flower Pots Day Nursery are currently recruiting for level 3 qualified room leadres to become part of our friendly team based in Apsley
This role is a full- time position with the opportunity to grow your childcare career with
additional training and promotion opportunities.

Duties:

  • Safeguarding the children
  • observing and recording the children’s development.
  • carry out age appropriate activities.
  • Maintain and safe and welcoming environment.
  • Adhering to the nursery policies and procedures always.
  • Building positive and successful relationships with children, parents and staff within the settings. .
  • Leading the team within your room to ensure best practice
  • Ensure high standards are maintained at all times
  • Support the management team within the setting

A clean enhanced DBS check will be required for this position – Please note Flower Pots Day
Nursery will look to obtain this when you start with us.
Full and relevant Level 3 qualification
Previous experience of working within an early years setting.
