Description

We are seeking a Room leader. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification as well as previous experience as a room lead or nursery practitioner.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to the health and safety of all children in the room.
  • Ensure the room is well managed and children’s development is supported accordingly by working to the EYFS standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
