We are seeking a Nursery Room Leader. Please only apply if you have a level 3 childcare qualification as well as previous experience as a practitioner or room leader (2 or more years experience in total in either).
This role is based in the

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
  • Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
  • Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
  • Assess and report on children’s progress to ensure continued development
  • Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development
  • To be fun, caring and friendly
  • Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
