We are seeking a Nursery Room leader. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 childcare qualification alongside experience as a practitioner or room leader.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise nursery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education for all children.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, fostering children’s physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Manage daily operations of the nursery room, including scheduling staff shifts and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive approach to childcare and education.
  • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and childcare policies.
