NURSEY ROOM LEADER

Location: Monkey Puzzle Woodford - IG8 0BS
Salary: Starting from £30,000 per annum (dependent on qualification(s) and experience)
Monkey Puzzle Woodford are looking for a Qualified Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to join their team.

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
• Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
• Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
• Report any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive.
• Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery.
