The Role
As a Room Leader, you’ll take on a key leadership role, guiding your team to deliver exceptional care and education.

  • Leading your team – motivating and supporting staff to provide high-quality learning and care.
  • Delivering the curriculum – planning fun, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Building parent partnerships – keeping families informed and engaged in their child’s development.
  • Creating safe spaces – maintaining an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating environment.
  • Driving quality – reflecting on practice and championing excellence across your room.
