Room Leader Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that the daily routine of the room is adhered to
• Delegating duties to each key worker within their group
• Completing art displays for the room
• Ensuring each key worker knows how to provide a stimulating environment for their particular group of children ensuring that small group activities are age and stage appropriate and that the children are being challenged both physically and mentally by activities
• Liaise with parents on a daily basis
• Ensure developmental trackers and observation sheets kept up to date

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF LEVEL 3 QUALIFICATION IN CHILDCARE OR EQUIVALENT AND HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS WORKING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN.
