JOB SUMMARY

Our Setting operates across 4 Room with each room designed and equipped specifically for the age of the child.
Each Room has its own Room Leader and/or Room Senior who support the Management Team.
We follow the EYFS and use online learning journeys to build our fantastic partnerships with parents.

We are looking for a highly creative, talented Room Leader with a passion for childcare and a drive for developing a team at our nursery in Liverpool.
If you have proven leadership experience, a genuine desire to be the best you can be and can tick all of the boxes we are looking for then we would love to hear from you!
Have you got….
· NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, or equivalent
· Experience and training in caring for Babies or Toddlers aged 1-2 years
· Experience of running a Room, planning, observations and helping a team
· Paediatric First Aid
· Experience of effectively managing, motivating and leading a team.
· Understanding of requirements related to EYFS Statutory Framework and Ofsted, highlighting changes in practice required.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to cope and prioritise conflicting demands and make decisions effectively.
