SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Room Leader to join our team at QCE Nurseries. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality early years education and fostering positive relationships with children and families.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for working with children and commitment to their development.
