QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
KNOWLEDGE

Proven ability to evaluate, monitor, and enforce contractor performance.
Strong background in tree and shrub propagation, irrigation systems, plant nutrition, and pest management.
