Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, caring, and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our Early Years team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education for children aged 45 days to 6 years, while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the Early Years curriculum (EYFS or equivalent).
• Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, maintaining accurate learning portfolios.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those with SEN requirements.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence in every child.

Childcare & Safety

• Ensure the classroom environment is safe, clean, and organised at all times.
• Follow safeguarding, health, and safety protocols, reporting concerns immediately.
• Conduct daily checks on equipment, learning materials, and classroom hygiene.
• Provide attentive care, including feeding assistance, toileting support, and emotional comfort as needed.

Communication & Parent Partnership

• Build positive, professional relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s development and daily experiences.
• Participate in parent meetings, school events, and open days.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain consistency and collaboration across all classrooms.

Teamwork & Professional Growth

• Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
• Contribute ideas to improve curriculum planning, classroom management, and overall nursery standards.
