Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Implement in-the-moment planning and a child-led learning approach.
• Support childrens social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Observe, assess, and record childrens progress and development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding childrens development and learning progress.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the nursery team to support daily activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Education or a related field.
• Cache Level 3 (completed) or equivalent qualification (MOFA attested).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursery / Early Years Teacher.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with the EYFS framework.
• Experience with child-led learning and in-the-moment planning.
