THE IDEAL EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER SHOULD:

• Have at least one year of experience working as an early years practitioner
• Hold relevant qualifications (Level 3+ in education)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Be flexible and patient
• Be able to communicate effectively within a team
• Be committed to work full-time
