JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Childcare Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transporting children safely and efficiently, ensuring their wellbeing during transit. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with children.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in driving, with a valid driving licence.
  • Strong management and leadership skills to effectively supervise children during transportation.
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly in a nursery or early childhood education setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
  • A nurturing attitude towards children combined with the ability to maintain discipline when necessary.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations with professionalism. This role is essential for ensuring that our young passengers receive the highest standard of care while being transported.   • Supervise children during transit, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
