Responsibilities: Provide direct, quality, nursing care to residents and short-term rehab patients Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits Must be able to work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the level of care provided is fully supported in the documentation Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years.
