Description
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic leader to manage the Nursing Administrative Office. This is a full time, professional position reporting directly to the Dean of Nursing. As a member of the school's leadership team, the Nursing Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate student records and ensuring compliance with all governmental, accreditation standards and company policies and procedures. This position may require some evening and Saturday hours. The Nursing Office is responsible for all academic record keeping. This includes compilation, maintenance and tracking of student academic records for both internal and external uses. The Nursing Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, confidentiality and maintenance of student records, including attendance and final grades, in compliance with all state and federal regulations and should be able to respond to student requests and all inquiries expected in an audit or accreditation process. In addition, the Nursing Administrative Assistant must oversee and complete all scheduling for all students, as well as assist in daily/weekly/monthly/annual reporting. Candidate will also be in charge of Coordinating all Hybrid students, assisting in Orientation, and all other Administrative Duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
