Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home Care services. Residents enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining. We are currently hiring a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) to join our Nursing team and provide essential care and support to residents in a compassionate, person-centered environment. Wage: $22.50-$24.86/hr. Schedule: Full-Time Days What You’ll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide safe transfers using gait belts and mechanical lifts as needed Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, behaviors, and needs to the nurse on duty Serve, assist, and feed residents at mealtimes while maintaining dignity and nutrition standards Pass nourishments and encourage hydration throughout the day Conduct range of motion (PROM) exercises as directed by care plans Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents in a timely manner Follow infection control procedures including hand hygiene and linen handling Maintain a safe environment by addressing hazards immediately Assist with light housekeeping and maintain order in resident rooms and common areas Document all care and observations per facility policy Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Participate in team huddles and shift reports to ensure continuity of care Mentor and support new employees or interns as needed Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, person-centered work culture What We’re Looking For Registered Nursing Assistant listed on the Minnesota Registry Ability to speak, read, and write in English Strong technical, communication, and interpersonal skills Understanding of and commitment to resident rights and dignity Preferred: Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or memory care "At Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
