Requirements Requirements Abilities & Skills: Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and team members Positive attitude toward change and continuous improvement in care delivery Basic computer proficiency for documenting resident care Commitment to resident rights, safety, and sanitation standards Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility Able to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team Physically able to perform essential duties: standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching throughout the shift Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times Experience & Education: Intention to enroll in the next State-Certified CNA Training Course offered by Star Valley Health Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment Note: Position descriptions are intended to serve as a guideline for typical duties and requirements of a position, but are not inclusive.
