Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary. Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications and Skills Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred. Responsibilities

The Nursing Assistant delivers routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents according to care plans and facility procedures, under the direction of supervisors. Duties include assisting residents with daily care functions, preparing them for meals, serving food, and recording food and fluid intake.
