For more than four decades, we have remained dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality support through residential services, day programs, medical and nursing care, psychological services, recreation, vocational and educational training, social and therapeutic programs, family support, respite, and supported employment opportunities. We are currently seeking a Nursing Care Coordinator (Manager) for our Closter Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) located in Closter, NJ. This position follows a Monday through Friday day-shift schedule and includes required on-call responsibilities. Qualifications The Nursing Care Coordinator (Manager) is responsible for supervising and scheduling the nursing staff while coordinating and case managing the healthcare needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires active participation as a key member of the interdisciplinary team and ongoing involvement in agency committees, including Aging and Infection Control. To qualify for this position, candidates must hold an active RN license, with a BSN preferred. They should have three to five years of nursing experience and at least one year of supervisory experience. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, along with strong computer skills and proficiency in documentation.
