Qualifications * Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field. * Five plus (5+) years of nursing clinical and administrative experience. * Current New York State License as a Registered Professional Nurse * Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) * Lean Six Sigma Certification – HIGHLY PREFERRED. * Strong Quality/Performance Improvement background * Strong background in and knowledge of regulatory agencies and requirements * Ability to analyze data to implement change * Familiar with change models, in particular, PDSA cycles * Lean six sigma certification a plus
