Providence Place of Lancaster (Assisted Living) is seeking to recruit a dynamic Full-Time Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist. The Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist reports to the Director of Nursing and is responsible for screening, interviewing, and onboarding new co-workers. This position will also be direct care certified and will train new caregivers, assist with nursing processes, scheduling and manage open positions. Starting at $50K, based on experience Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, occasional evenings or weekends required. This position will be part of the Manager on Duty weekend rotation. Critical Success Factors: * Strong communication skills. * Positive “can do” attitude. * Enjoys training and developing new team members. * Well organized and able to work independently, and part of a team. * Abstract thinker, good problem solver and creative. Education & Qualifications: * High School Degree or GED required. * Prior caregiving experience preferred. * Computer Software including Microsoft Office required.
