We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Coordinator to join our Ageing and Disability Services team in Gloucester NSW!

As the Nurse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and client-focused clinical care across BWNG’s Ageing and Disability services. You will:

• Oversee clinical governance and support best practice in nursing care.
• Provide direct nursing services to clients where required.
• Manage rostering for RNs health staff and clients of BWNG
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Monitor, review, and update care plans to ensure they reflect changing needs and ensure services align with Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
• Provide ongoing mentoring and education to staff
