The Role The Nursing Director - Northern Cancer Service is: * Responsible for the effective leadership and management of the nursing, administrative and support services staff within Northern Cancer Service). This includes: * WP Holman Clinic – North * North West Cancer Centre – North West * Mersey Community Hospital Oncology Department – North West * Responsible for leading the delivery of patient care in an inter-professional environment to achieve the defined objectives of the service. Details of Appointment Fixed term, full time, day work, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 4 June 2026 and up to December 25, 2026. Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant Classification: Salary $142,632 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging * Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023 and Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Interim Agreement 2013 *Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar vacancies.
