REQUIREMENTS OF A NURSING EDUCATOR

• BSN or MSN
• Active RN license in NJ
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience
• Experience in Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing
• Teaching experience-a plus
• Proficient with technology

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 per yea

• Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites
• Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites
• Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
• Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
