Nursing Home Administrator duties include but are not limited to: Develop or expand programs or services for medical and vocational rehabilitation, and community health and welfare promotion Negotiate for improvements of and additions to facility buildings and equipment Direct and coordinate medical, nursing and administrative staffs and services Implement and communicate policies and procedures for various departments Conduct regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care and operation of support departments Administer fiscal operations such as budget planning, accounting, and financial review Other duties as required Nursing Home Administrator benefits include but are not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, and life insurance 401K Pet insurance Competitive pay Career advancement opportunities Educational opportunities Requirements 2 years of supervisory experience in long term care required Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or combination of education and experience preferred Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
