NURSING HOME MANAGER

Location: Woodstock Care and Nursing Home, North Upton Lane, Gloucester, GL4 3TD
Hours: Full-time 40 HOURS PER WEEK
Starting Salary: £55,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and organised team player to join us as a Home Manager at Woodstock.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and lead all care home staff including Health Care Assistants, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.
• Train, schedule and supervise care home personnel to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Ensure the care home adheres to regulations set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
• Manage budgets, finances, supplies and facility maintenance within allocated budget.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, staff and other stakeholders.
• Uphold the care home’s core values of dignity, respect and quality of life for residents.
• Handle administrative duties like documentation, reporting, audits, etc.
