Salary - to circa £60k + bonus
Are you a positive, enthusiastic Registered Manager, passionate about and experienced in Nursing Home settings?
Experts2care are handling a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Home Manager in the Kidderminster area. The Home is a Nursing Home with fabulous facilities and provides safe a caring and comfortable home for residents, and a great place for the staff who work there. It is part of a non corporate group with a growing portfolio of homes and a hands-on approach. They value their Managers and give them a lot of autonomy and support.

What you’ll do: You will take responsibility for the safe, happy, efficient and cost effective day to day running of the Home. Leading the Home’s clinical operations and activities to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents. Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care and services, where residents are safe and well protected at all times. Developing, implementing and maintaining the systems and structures needed to run the home in the interests of residents. Driving the commercial health of the Home, developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources. Proudly champion the Home, promoting and marketing the home in the community. Providing inspiring leadership and motivation of the staff team, driving a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best.
What you’ll bring: A Nursing qualification and current PIN. Strong, supportive and clear leadership skills, team working skills and staff management experience. You will have previous, recent experience in management of elderly Nursing Homes. Good networking and interpersonal skills along with a highly customer focused approach. A good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards is required. An assertive, proactive, energetic, motivated and positive approach along with exceptional organisation skills are key. IT literate with electronic care planning, medication and reporting systems.
