Nursing Home Manager - Nurse or Non Nurse
Location: Holbeach, Lincolnshire
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to take the lead in overseeing the daily operations of our well-established elderly care home in Holbeach. Key Duties:

• Take charge of the overall management and smooth running of the care home
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the healthcare team
• Ensure the home meets all CQC standards and regulations, maintaining a high quality of care
• Design and implement personalized care plans for each resident, focusing on their individual needs
• Oversee the efficient use of resources, managing budgets and staffing effectively
• Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare partners

What We’re Looking For:

• Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Or have Nursing Home Management experience
• Experience in a senior or managerial nursing role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• A genuine commitment to delivering person-centered care at the highest standard
• Familiarity with CQC regulations and care home compliance
