We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Home Manager (RGN/RMN) to oversee the day-to-day running of a Good CQC-rated nursing home in Cumbria. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – This is a nurse-qualified role
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commitment to maintaining and improving high standards of care
