The Role:
· Role is to become the Nursing Home Manager and support the Operations and Compliance team to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered
. You will be nurse Qualified with an active NMC PIN
· You will manage the day-to-day running of the service including:
. Ensuring compliance
. Staff appraisals and budget management
. Oversee the delivery of high-quality care
Package:
· Excellent Remuneration packages offered of £85,000
· Achievable and regularly paid bonus
· Regular CPD and internal progress sessions to advance your care expertise
