Summary Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part time Nursing Home Services Physician to join our team in the Puget Sound. Our Nursing Home Services team is highly collaborative and operates in multiple facilities within the greater Puget Sound region. This position is a mix of Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care. Responsibilities

Provide medical services to patients within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Care environments in the Puget Sound region. Work collaboratively within a clinician-led team to address the fundamental, social, and emotional needs of patients.
