We are looking for a #registerednursesupervisor to work as a #housesupervisor, and you must be an #RN with #RNSupervisor experience. This is a #PRNRN opportunity
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- One (1) year prior experience as a Supervisor preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years acute care nursing experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff during shifts, ensuring high standards of care and efficient patient flow.
- Function as the central contact for clinical operations, providing leadership and guidance.
- Manage and coordinate hospital resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between departments, resolving conflicts and addressing staff concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular facility rounds to monitor patient care and safety protocols.
- Be the leadership and help to manage diverse healthcare teams.
- Effectively problem-solve and handle emergencies, or operational challenges of the staff.
