We are currently seeking passionate and qualified HCA Instructors to join our Health Care Assistant Programs at our Surrey campuses.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver HCA program content following the established curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
- Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment that encourages active student participation and skill development.
- Assess student progress through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and support to help students succeed.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
- Participate in faculty meetings, evaluations, and professional development activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including attendance tracking and reporting to the Education Manager.
- Contribute to College events such as orientation, graduation, and faculty meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments through professional development opportunities.
Note: A thorough orientation will be provided before engaging in clinical environments.
