Key Responsibilities• Coordinate registration, logistics, and communications for training courses, college partnerships, and other learning events.• Collaborate with the Training Centre team to handle scheduling activities and provide administrative support across Canadian training centres.• Provide technical support for virtual training studios and online learning environments.• Partner with leaders, instructors, and industry partners to identify and support training needs, ensuring programs align with business and operational priorities.• Monitor course enrollment, attendance, cancellations, waitlists, and capacity to optimize instructor utilization, facility usage, and training resources.• Assist in preparing reports on training activity, completion rates, program effectiveness, and other key performance indicators.• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and helping standardize training coordination practices across the organization.
