Responsibilities Current Openings Include: Iowa Methodist Medical Center (IMMC) Cath Lab SupervisorLead our Cardiac Cath Labs across IMMC and ILH, including prep and recovery services. This is a high-impact role within our cardiovascular service line, ideal for a visionary leader passionate about innovation and outcomes. Surgery SupervisorOversee surgery with 24/7 accountability. Create a safe, professional environment that supports team development and optimal patient outcomes. ICU SupervisorSupport day-to-day operations of our high-acuity ICU, focusing on holistic, patient-centered care and staff development. Iowa Lutheran Hospital PACU SupervisorLead perioperative care in OPS/PACU, serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics across multiple surgical specialties. Endoscopy SupervisorOversee clinical services in Endo, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff engagement, and high-quality patient care. Emergency Department SupervisorManage fast-paced ED operations with a focus on safety, quality, and team support. Methodist West Hospital Surgery SupervisorLead OR, Central Sterile Processing, and Preop/PACU services. Collaborate with a skilled surgical team to deliver exceptional perioperative care.
