Responsibilities Current Openings Include: Iowa Methodist Medical Center (IMMC) Cath Lab SupervisorLead our Cardiac Cath Labs across IMMC and ILH, including prep and recovery services. This is a high-impact role within our cardiovascular service line, ideal for a visionary leader passionate about innovation and outcomes. Surgery SupervisorOversee surgery with 24/7 accountability. Create a safe, professional environment that supports team development and optimal patient outcomes. ICU SupervisorSupport day-to-day operations of our high-acuity ICU, focusing on holistic, patient-centered care and staff development. PACU SupervisorLead perioperative care in OPS/PACU, serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics across multiple surgical specialties. Cardiology SupervisorLead in a 24-bed post-surgical cardiac and vascular unity where every day brings the opportunity to make a difference. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Graduate of an accredited nursing program Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience License(s)/Certifications: BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire) Current RN licensure in Iowa Ready to lead with purpose?
