Nursing Manager Salary: $90,000+ a year Location: Newark, DE What You’ll Do * Update and implement policies and procedures in compliance with DDDS and regulatory standards * Supervise, train, and support nursing staff (RNs and LPNs) * Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, assessments, and required documentation * Monitor health services, including medication management, audits, and incident reporting * Conduct regular staff meetings, trainings, and performance feedback * Coordinate admissions, transfers, and ongoing care planning * Communicate with families, agencies, and internal teams * Respond to medical concerns, provide triage as needed, and report serious issues * Maintain records, confidentiality (HIPAA), and required certifications * Serve as liaison with external partners and support team participation What You Bring * Graduation from an approved nursing school * 2+ years of relevant experience required, preferably working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. * 2-5+ years of administrative experience. * Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Delaware or another compact state. * Valid certification in CPR/FA.
