Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. Full Time, Days The Clinical Manager has overall responsibility for operational and clinical management of the Emergency Department and Off Campus Emergency Department including, but not limited to, staffing/scheduling, department specific education, orientation and on boarding, performance evaluations and policy development. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Complying with Tenet policies; * Implementing and revising department throughput/patient flow, core measures and promoting collaboration with ancillary departments; * Maintaining/facilitating communication between the inpatient departments, physicians and ancillary departments on a regular basis regarding care and quality issues; * Analyzing reports: LOS, avoidable days, disputes and associated Emergency Department metrics; * Implementing and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations relating to the functioning of the Emergency Department and Off Campus Emergency Department; * All other duties assigned.
