QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Nursing (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Strong background in outpatient and/or day surgery care preferred.
• Experience with infection control or participation in DoH/JCI audits is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursing Manager to lead our outpatient and day surgery services. The right candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor nursing teams to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Oversee daily operations of outpatient clinics and day surgery units.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Support accreditation and quality improvement initiatives (DoH, JCI).
• Collaborate with physicians and management to enhance patient experience.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, learning, and professional development.
