Flexible shift available: Either Four 10-hour shifts from 8pm to 6:30am or Five 8 hour shifts from 11pm to 7:30am, Monday-Friday The Nursing Professional Development Practitioner II uses tools, theories, skills and knowledge of nursing professional development (NPD) to improve the practice of staff. The NPD Practitioner functions in the roles of change agent, mentor, facilitator of learning, leader, champion of scientific inquiry, partner for practice transitions, and advocate for the NPD specialty. (BLS Instructor, Pediatric Adv. Life Support and Nursing Prof. Development-BC required within 12 months of date of hire.) Education Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Science in Nursing Preferred Experience 5 years Acute Care RN Experience Required 2 years Education/Management experience Preferred Licenses PA Registered Nurse License Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support Required BLS Instructor Status Within 1 year Required Pediatric Adv.
