Description
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance to Juniper Village’ philosophy and hallmarks as well as all written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the Business Education and Information Systems Departments.
Participates in associate orientation to inform new associates of quality assurance activities.
Plan and Implement the In-Touch Orientation and in-service training for all associates to ensure that training meets all state, local and federal regulations and requirements.
Utilizes competency and new hire checklists and completes according to required time frame.
Ensure that all staff are trained annually and follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, bloodborne pathogens, hazardous waste and quality assurance procedures
Follow established policies and procedures in support of QAPI efforts.
Plan and implement trainings, provide education and coaching for associates to build understanding and capacity to undertake QAPI work.
Maintain attendance records with original signatures on all in-service programs and course materials or outlines that staff who are unable to attend the program may review
