About the Role: The Nursing Supervisor at Cornerstone, 55, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of nursing staff within our health care services environment. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by coordinating nursing activities, managing staff schedules, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Nursing Supervisor acts as a liaison between nursing personnel and administrative leadership, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving. They are responsible for mentoring and supporting nursing staff to promote professional development and enhance team performance. Ultimately, this role is essential in fostering a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment that meets the needs of our patients and community. Minimum Qualifications: * Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state or region. * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent nursing education. * Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. * Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
