Description Nursing Supervisor, Conifer Park is seeking a Nursing Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for the clinical practice, patient care standards, established nursing systems and the management of fiscal, personnel and environmental resources of the Nursing Department. The Nursing Supervisor will function as an administrative leader during the off shift hours of operation. Responsibilities will include: staffing, coordinating, planning, supervising and maintaining control of resources for the nursing department during the shift. Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 1:00pm - 9:pm Requirements Position Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years' clinical and one (1) year administrative experience preferred, or Associates Degree with minimum of three (3) years' clinical and one (1) year administrative experience. Current NYS RN license. Current CPR certification. High level of sensitivity to confidential information. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to function independently and effectively in a changing environment; superior organizations skills with the ability to develop and meet deadlines, prioritizing multiple projects. Proficient with Microsoft office environment. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of complex multi-system disease processes, feel comfortable making accurate observations and correctly interpret these observations to institute appropriate action/nursing intervention.
