Shift: Days Job Type: Full Time Hours: Reporting to the Nursing Director, this position utilizes the nursing process and organizational/leadership skills to coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift. Assures patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served. Assesses staff need for the unit, collaborates with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patient’s needs are met.

Responsibilities

The Nursing Supervisor coordinates services of staff to patients during the designated shift and ensures patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served. They assess staff needs for the unit and collaborate with various nursing leadership roles to meet patient needs.
